WHAT WAS NEEDED
With a wide array of carefully curated loan products, Impetus Loans wanted to see their business evolving with the following objectives:
- Simplify the process of lead track for the telecallers.
- Build software that can help in application lifecycle management for the Ops team.
- To find out a way that can calculate customers’ incentives automatically.
- Create a seamless process for KYC and bank statements analyzer.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
We did our research as well to understand more about our client's requirements. And through this, we came up with a methodological approach. Take a look below:
- Building software that can assist them in tracking leads as well as applications. Besides this, it can identify outliers and detect anomalies, if any.
- Deriving KPIs that are specific to both telecallers and OPS team performance.
- Value-added services including KYC, bank statement services, and CIBIL checks have been implemented.
