Cancellation and Refund Policy

This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

(i) Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.

(ii) No refunds will be issued for partial months of service or for services that have already been rendered. Any prepaid amounts for future months will be refunded in 7 days from the date of receipt of the request.

(iii) The service provider reserves the right to terminate services immediately without notice if the client breaches any terms of the agreement, including but not limited to non-payment, misuse of services, or violation of usage policies.
